娘の学生時代の友人が遊びに来る日曜日、じゃあランチに出掛けようか？
以前、家内と蒲郡へランチに出掛けた際に見掛けたコチラの店とした。
時刻は12：30、確認の為ＴＥＬすればすんなりＯＫ
午後一時到着、店内に客は居ない・・・、もしかしてハズレ店？？？（汗）
いやいや、マイレビさんも投稿してるしそんな筈はないと・・・
今月のランチは「師走」￥1,890-
・台ノ物：地鶏の塩うどん
・壱ノ重：牡蠣のフロレンチン/鮪のカルパッチョ
・弐ノ重：大根の風呂吹き
・ご飯/香の物
・デザート：栗のアイスクリーム
地鶏の塩うどん、最初は薄味？と思ったが
煮詰まるにつれココにご飯入れたら美味かろうと思うほど風味豊かに・・・
汁物の代わりならば真っ先に火を入れて欲しかった。
鮪のカルパッチョは、鮪以外に蛸、鮭、鱚、帆立と盛り沢山
そもそもフロレンチンとは？？？牡蠣のチーズとクリームソースのグラタン仕立て？
牡蠣の風味豊かで美味しい物でした♪
熱々の風呂吹き大根は赤味噌仕立て、汁が張ってあり油げと茹で海老とホウレン草がイイ脇役
ご飯も炊き立てで甘い香りが立ち美味しかった、全般に満足の行く味ではある
が、１８９０円のセットと聞けば？？？少し不満が残るかも？
余計な事かもしれぬが、用意された席が悪いのか
暖簾で仕切られた厨房足元が丸見え、裏方ではあるがもう少し整理整頓されては？
客の目の届く処くらいは気を使って欲しいと・・・。
