ＪＲ蒲郡駅すぐのところにDEEPなミニミニ地下街がある。焼き鳥、中華、小料理、たこ焼等がひしめき合っている。
L字カウンター9席のみで、浪人のように髪を束ねた大将が、小さな七輪ひとつで勝敗している店。ややアウェー感を感じつつ入店。大将が気さくに声をかけてくれてホットする。
始め塩かタレ、どちらにすると問いかけがあり、塩でと一言。待つこと数分、小プリなモモ串が、名古屋の「秋吉」のように5本まとめてお皿に提供。どうやらオーダーすると適当に提供する印象。一人で切盛りのためビールは、自分で取り出すスタイル。後悔したのは、レアで良いと言ってしまったら、ほぼ生状態で玉みちが提供されたこと････レバーは絶品!
独特のスタイルだが、嫌な印象はなく、リピートしたい店。
