秋田出張に合わせ、3週間程前に予約しました。
カウンター席でのひとり呑みです。料理は詳細な説明を割愛します。とにかく素晴らしい。どれも秀逸です。カウンター席でしたので、ご主人とも色々とお話ができ、本当に素晴らしいひとときを過ごすことができました。季節によって食材を変えている、とご主人がおっしゃっていましたので、春、秋、冬にも是非、再訪したく思います。最高でした。ご馳走様でした。
