It took about 7 minutes by taxi from Akita Station to arrive. The entrance and the atmosphere inside the restaurant were more like a traditional Japanese restaurant than a Sushi, and it had a high-class feel. I ordered the 10,000 yen course that I requested when making a reservation by phone. After four appetizers, I was served about 14 pieces of Sushi. The appetizers were elegant and delicious, and the plate design was good and the presentation was good. The Sushi started with fatty tuna and squid with yuzu salt, and then we had sea urchin, surf clams, gizzard shad, horse mackerel, etc. All of them were delicious. In addition, the Sushi was served two pieces per plate, and the plate design was also good. Of course, we had Akita sake. We had three types, and all of them went well with the Sushi and were delicious. The staff were polite and made us feel comfortable. However, I was a little worried about the fact that a family member (probably) was coughing in a place that was not visible from the seats. Payment was only by cash on the day. Photography was also OK. They asked us to say a word. We were able to relax for about two hours and enjoy delicious food and sake. Thank you for the meal.
