何度か訪問しているけど、稲庭うどんの上品さを感じる見た目の美しさ、そして、喉越しが抜群でなんのも言えない美味しさを感じることが出来るうどん。
さすが日本三大うどんのひとつとして君臨する理由がある。
今回はシンプルに醤油せいろを頂きました。
うどん本来の小麦の香り、こしを楽しめました。
