以前、Instagramでご縁のあった【佐藤養助】さん。
気になっていたので、西武秋田店のお店に訪問。
色んなものを食べ歩きたい！のに、ガッツリおうどんは重いの分かっているのに、入ってしまったよ(￣▽￣;)
店内は雪洞照明に席間の広い和風な作り。
お座敷席もあるみたい。(他のお客様が入ってらした)
アクリル板の仕切りがある長テーブルもあり、おひとり様女性も入りやすく、店内はあっという間に満席。
私のオーダーは
・二味せいろ¥1000/2玉
二段(うどん4玉)¥1780もあったよ。
スタンダードで二玉。
通常は醤油つゆ。
単品の追加も可能、その場合は¥150。
この他にさらに胡麻味噌つゆもついているから二味せいろ♡
胡麻味噌つゆの単品追加は¥200。
ほかにかけうどんの温麺・せいろ醤油の冷麺の2種類を味わえる「味くらべ」が人気メニューみたい。
温麺には梅おぼろ、岩のり、なめこ、山かけなどの麺があったり、天ぷら付きや天どん、比内地鶏ご飯のセット、天丼付きなどバリエーションも様々。
うどんでも、替え玉ってできるんだね★
提供された時は、うわ！って思うほどずっしり。
でも稲庭うどんは細麺だから結構ツルツル食べられちゃうんだな...
この甘めの胡麻味噌つゆもいい感じ。
醤油つゆにはネギやわさびを足して味変、交互に食べていたら、気づけばペロリと完食。
お取り寄せで食べるのと、お店で食べるのってやはり特別感が違うなぁ。
