秋田と言えば美食の街。
春夏秋冬何を食べても美味しい。
今回は久しぶりに駅前で稲庭うどん。
いつの間にか、七代目から八代目に代替わりした佐藤養助。
ここは駅前で時間のない時でも本場本物の稲庭うどんを楽しめるのが嬉しい。
グリーンカレーうどん。
この麺の肌理の細かさよ。
のどごしと食感がたまらない。
幸せなひととき。
うどんにはご当地の良さが出るなぁ。
讃岐が1番とか、稲庭が1番とか、優劣つけ難し。
真面目に打たれたうどんは乾麺でも生麺でも美味い。
美味いだけで満足。
