秋田に来て2日の晩。初めて秋田の繁華街、川反に行きました。川反は新政の大きな看板が目印です。
そこから一本裏通りに入ったところにあるこのお店に決めました。秋田名物が堪能できそうです。
飲み物は、日本酒が豊富ですね。が、田沢湖ビールのマイルドを最初に注文。
ラベルが秋田らしいデザインでいいですね。
きりたんぽ鍋、豚の角煮、穴子、いぶりがっこ、カニ味噌雑炊。でてくるもの全てが美味しいです。
きりたんぽ鍋はだしの美味しさに感動。せり、舞茸、鳥肉からの出汁がでてます。ほんとに美味しい優しい味。
角煮も柔らかくてとろけます。いぶりがっこは大根と人参。これは初めて。最後にカニ味噌雑炊。
これはほんとに美味しい。
もっと早く知りたかったお店です。
