全国的な有名店が秋田にもありました。
外はすっかり雪景色で吹雪いている中車を走らせて向かいました。初めての方は注意とのことで、「食券を購入後は黄色い丸椅子で待つ」ルールがあるようです。また、着丼、片付け、水はセルフサービスです。
やはり、大勝軒に来たならつけ麺。もりそばを注文。
これだけ寒いので熱盛りで頼みました。
酸味の効いたつけダレに熱々の麺をつけながらズルズル啜っていきます。途中で魚粉を加えるとよりコクが深まって最後の割スープで完飲でした。
しっかり最後にテーブル拭いて店を後にします。
