ランチで再訪問。
つけ麺より汁あり派なので、東池袋中華そば(並)を。
大勝軒は東京で何店舗か食歴ありますが、こちらは多分10年以上ぶり。
初めて食べた時はめちゃくちゃ濃厚に感じましたが、久しぶりに食べた一杯は年を重ねた今の自分には丁度よい濃度感でした。
もっと味も出汁感も濃いお店はたくさんありますが、丁度よいって中々無いんですよね〜
