鷹巣の名店が秋田にも
フレスポ御所野の誕生と共にできたのかな。10数年は経ちましたかね?鷹巣にある和洋菓子店の秋田店です。
イートインスペースがある秋田では数少ないパティスリーで、何個も箱詰めして買って帰っても1人では当然食べ切れませんしかと言って1個だけ買って帰るってのも手間なので大変ありがたいケーキ屋さんです。
店内で戴く時はコーヒーor紅茶を付けたセットにて。まだデザート仕立て?の方は食べた事なく...来店の日に限って指定のケーキと別なの食べたくなるひねくれ者の自分のせいですね(笑)
シチリアピスターシュは初めて食べた時はイタリアンピスターシュという名前だった気がします。その頃は半解凍で冷たくてとても美味しかったと記憶してますが、最近食べたのはアイス状ではなく、でもクリーム・ムース主体のケーキだけどもたれず美味しく完食できますね。
パニエには中にバナナやパイン、ブドウなどがクリームと共に。底のスポンジ生地もクレープ生地の内側にくるまれています。
同じフレスポ内にキーズカフェもあるのでどちらに寄るか迷いますね。

公式情報には載ってないお店のツイッターアカウントがありますので、新規の口コミに付け加えて載せたいと思います。
たまたま夏場に来てなかったのか、かき氷だったりアイスだったり私が初めて見かけるスイーツが幾つかありました。平日だったんですが、15時くらいについたらガラスケースの中のショートケーキが以前よりも種類が少なかったです。売れて無くなった分には良い事ですね。
雨ふりで暑くもなかったのでキンキンに冷えた氷やアイスじゃく、ほぼいつもの?ケーキセットにしました。キャラメルとナッツのティラミスとコーヒーを。
COVID-19の事もあり、ホットコーヒーは紙カップでの提供。先にケーキを食べ終わったので、コーヒーは半分以上は車で戴きました(要は猫舌...)
ティラミスというか、ティラミス味みたいな感じですがとても美味しかったです。
