カツを売りにしているお店を其れなりに食べ歩きしました。
秋田市だと10店舗以上食べて見ましたが
私の好みは
①衣にパン粉が少ない
②肉自体がサクサク
③肉汁は少なめ
かな？と思ってます。
好みから言うと、真逆のお店なので評価コメントはしません。
ただ、好みは逆でも食べた回数が一番多い店でもあります。
仕事や会食などよく利用してました。
最近は会食や仕事で利用する機会がなくなり、
今回は10年ぶりくらいの訪問。
一人なのでカウンター席に案内されメニューを拝見。平日の夜19:00くらいなんでお客さんは少ない。
数組くらいですね。三密は回避できました。
かなり悩んで
『米の娘ぶた 大トロかつ定食』+追加『チーズチキン』
呼び鈴はないので、店員さんに声をかけて注文。
待つこと10分くらいで到着。
ご飯とキャベツはおかわり自由。
大トロかつは脂身が多い。
噛ると肉汁がたくさん出てきます。
トンカツ屋定番の胡麻をすり鉢で擦って、ソースをかけて、カツを浸けて食べる。
ゴマが体に良さそう！(笑)
ソースは甘口と辛口があって、
甘口は普通のソース、辛口は塩辛い訳ではなく、辛味があるソース。口に辛味が残ります。
カツは二枚分あるので、普通の食欲の方は単品で十分。ご飯はおかわりしないと足りないかも。(無料)
今回はどうしても『チーズチキン』を食べて見たくて、注文しましたが、好みとしてはこちらが好きだった。
大トロかつ定食は、大トロだけに肉汁多いかつが好きな方にオススメ。
