角館を後にして秋田市の中心部に来ました。さすが県庁所在地！結構な賑わいですね～(*￣∀￣) 昼食は稲庭うどんが有名な無限堂というお店です。
外観は和モダンな感じですが店内は中国風といいますかややエキゾチックな雰囲気です。うどん屋にしては気合が入った店づくりだなと思いましたが後日ネットで調べると夜は秋田の郷土料理が楽しめる居酒屋になるんですね。夜の方が楽しそうです。(*￣∀￣)
本日は昼食なので稲庭うどんと比内地鶏の親子丼のセットでした。
稲庭うどんは有名ですので広島のスーパーでも買ったことはありますが本場で食べるのはもちろん初めてです。ほぼ具が無いシンプルなかけうどんです。汁が美味しいですね。麺は細いですね。平打ちです。
親子丼の鶏肉は比内地鶏だけあって食感がいい。ネギがたっぷりなのもいい感じですが何だか玉子の量が少ないですね。鳥インフルエンザの影響で比内地鶏の玉子もインフレ状態なんですかね？ それともこれが通常モードなんですかね？(￣▽￣;) 味付けがよかっただけに少々残念です。
食後は秋田県立美術館で藤田嗣治のコレクションを堪能。その後久保田城址（秋田城）などもちょい見して秋田空港へ。
