STOVEのある、秋田市広面周辺には、洋菓子店が多い。
その中でも味・雰囲気・人の多さ（混雑）で1番でしょう。
外観はメルヘン調ですが、中は案外シックだったりする。HPもそうですね。
いろいろ新しいことにチャレンジされているようで、ケーキも独創的なものが多いです。
ショートケーキにスポイトが刺さっているのには初め、ビックリしました。
スポイトにソースが入っていて（フランボワーズとか、フレーズとか季節の）
自分で調節してソースを注入する。ホント、他では見たことないです。おもしろいです。
ソースのこともあってか、スポンジはしっかり目ですが、バサバサはしていません。
しっとり～が好きな人は、だめかもしれません。
あとオススメが、店名の『STOVE』です。
チョコレートのケーキなんですが、濃厚すぎず、しかも食感が楽しい♪
クランチみたいな部分が好きです。
けっこう、クセになります。
ムース系が得意なのか、スポンジケーキよりも、ペースト状のものや
クリーム・ムースを使ったケーキが多いように感じました。
あと多少味の個性が強いものと、ばらつき感があるような気は・・・
惜しいところとして・・・
スタッフさんが、いまひとつ笑顔がないというか・・・反応に乏しいというか・・・
もう片手以上行きましたが、良く言えばクール・・・なんですよね。
私だけの印象かもですが。
東京とかの『お高い』ケーキショップでなら１００歩譲って許せるんですが・・・（笑）
個人的には、ケーキ屋さんは、明るい笑顔があるといいなと。
