横浜家系とあるが、あえて辛味噌ラーメンを注文。
辛味噌が、本体の味噌ラーメンを、まろやかに辛くしてくれて、食欲増進。
麺は自家製麺。味わいも歯応えもしっかり。
麺とスープとよくあうあう。
たまごかけごはんも、手順の通りで作ります。
