秋田にいく予定があったので食べログみてて前からこちらに来てみたく予約して初訪問して来ました。
場所は秋田駅からタクシー6〜7分位の住宅地にありますので駅からタクシーがお勧めです。
完全予約制で会員制で紹介者がいないと入れないお店との事でメニューはお任せの1万、1.3万、1.5万の3コースで今回は1.5万のコースを注文しました。季節によって様々なメニューに変わるみたいでいつ行っても楽しめるこだわり様で今回は正月の名残もあるコース内容との事でした。

どれも盛り付け、見た目、味共に芸術的レベルで感動の連続です。特に最初の八寸の見た目、味はインパクト強烈でコースの初めはこうなんだと思わされました。刺身の鮮度は勿論、クリームコロッケ、島大福など一手間加えた料理は正に日本料理の伝統という芸術的レベルで美味しかったです。この値段でこれが食べれるなんて最高でした。また来ます、ご馳走様でした。
