ささ木
今日は久しぶりにお弁当の差し入れを頂きました。
一度行ってみたかったお店だったのでそれだけで嬉しかったです。
お弁当の方は典型的な和食・仕出し屋さんのお弁当っていう感じでしたが、食べてみるとどれも手が込んでいます。
ご飯は見た目は同じ高菜などが入った混ぜご飯でしたが、片方は塩味が濃くそのまま食べれ、もう一方は薄味でおかずと一緒に食べるような味付けになってました。
エビのすり身も豆腐の中にひじきが入ったあんかけも美味しかったです。
お魚もお肉もいい味付けでした。
機会があればお店にお伺いしてみたいです。
