初めてです、ささ木 さん。
昨日から今日と
すがわらつながりのお店のはしごです。
嬉しいことに和室の個室にテーブルと椅子！
年寄りには有難い笑。
5000円のコースでオーダー。
旬の山菜や高級食材を使って美味しいお料理の数々。
先付のあん肝のとも寄せ、美味でした。
茶碗蒸しはアナゴとズワイガニ。
大きな器でたっぷり入っていましたが
ほろほろととろけるような柔らかさですので
食べちゃいましたねー。
大きな料理が多かったけど
もう少しお上品な量でもいいかも…
