2010年再訪
2009年に一度閉店し、オーナーと料理人がかわりました
お酒の種類も減り
地産地消といった感じであったのが
一般的な料亭になりました
悪くはないのですが
以前のような期待感はなくなり
県外から秋田の食べ物をという感じではなくなりました

料理もコース料理限定で板前さんおまかせ
県外からのお客さんにはおすすめ
地酒冷酒もそろってます
どれもこれも地産地消の秋田の素材ばかり
塩汁、きりたんぽ
今は、新米によるきりたんぽが美味です
このお店のカウンターから千秋公園が見え、時々動物たちが遊びに来ます
秋は冬眠前にたくさんの動物たちが店を訪れご馳走にあずかってます
今回はアナグマ夫婦が来ておりました
