はい、道に迷いながらやってきました。
北限のふぐ専門店、わんかあとんであります。
や、最近漁港とか市場の魚が大好きなのですが、
さすがにフグは…そうもいかないですしねえ＾＾；
面倒臭がりのわたくしめがわざわざ予約して、
とらふぐ料理をいただきます。まあ食用フグは
２０種類以上もいるそうですので、全部が全部
とらふぐではないのかもしれませんが…ｗ
二階に団体客が入っているようで、厨房は忙しそう。
アルコールはNGなわたくしめは、とりあえずごぼう茶。
うん、ごぼうの味がする（笑）。なかなかおいしいです。
※メニューの順番は、かなりうろ覚えですｗ
まずはサラダ。この色とりどりの粒々はタピオカかな？
それを食べていると、前菜がやってきました。
自家製カラスミ、梅貝、そしてフグの握り。特にこの
カラスミがおいちい。飲む人だったら、ここできゅ～っと
やるんだろうなあ…などと考えているとふぐ皮とクラゲの
酢の物が来ます。コリコリと弾力のある（ｒｙなどとDI〇
みたいな事を言ってしまいそうですが、こりこりと歯応えが
あります。なるほど、これが北限のフグ…
そしてふぐ刺。これまたよく身が締まっていてこりこりと
良い食感なのですが…正直、味はよくわかりません＾＾；
次に来る白子の釜揚げ…だったかな？ｗ
これはなんとなくわかります。ふよふよとしていて濃厚。
う～ん、でも素人には難しい食べ物ですね、フグ。
ごぼう茶の次は、自家焙煎の黒豆茶にします。
うん、これもまた香ばしくておいしい。これ気に入りました。
お茶を飲んでいると、ふぐの唐揚げ登場。タルタルも
ついておりましたが、一個はタルタルなしで食べましょう。
うん、おいしいけどよく解らないｗフグは手強い。
今度は鉄焼き。味噌、塩、醤油で味付けしたフグを焼きます。
よく火を通したり、半生にしたり、焼きしゃぶみたいにしたり
色々と試してみます。ん、塩のよく火を通したのがおいしい。
ここで初めてフグの味が解りかけてきたような気がします。
お新香を食べていると、ふぐちりが来ました。
うっ、やばい。また味がわからなくなってきた＾＾；
ふぐを全部食べた後で、締めの雑炊にしてもらいます。
そして私の中のチャクラが開きました。
これか？！これがフグの味かぁ！！
でも解りかけてきたところで、ネギが邪魔をしますｗ
ネギ先に食べておけばよかった…かな？
フグのコース、堪能させて頂きました。
ここで遠慮していたタバコに火をつけ、ジンジャーエールを
もらいます。ひと息ついていると、ずっと厨房にいたご主人が
「バタバタしてて申し訳ない」と出てきますｗ
まあ色々とフグにまつわる面白い話を聞けたわけなのですが…
ものすごく長くなりそうなので、そのうち日記にでも書いて
おくとしましょう。
まあ、言わば私のフグ食の師匠ですｗ
後日またフグを食べるわけなのですが、多少なりとも味が
解るようになれたのは、ここのご主人のおかげだと思います。
貴重な体験を、ありがとうございました。
