秋田に来ましたので、
車で来れる
地元の方お勧めのお鮨屋さんに
伺いました。
平日の昼ということもあり
貸切状態。
大将の包丁さばきを目の前で堪能しました。
お勧めのお鮨が
ドンドン出てきます。
全体的にネタが大きめで
満足いく握りです
コハダ
エビ
蟹
ひらめのエンガワ
穴子
二ダコ
鯵
などなど
秋田が誇る江戸前寿司として有名のようですね。
鮨ごとにお皿を変えてくださり
目にも嬉しかったですね。
酢飯は、そこまで主張がないので
私にはぴったりでした。
ちなみに、ひらめの卵と肝をいただきましたが
とっっってもクリーミーで
とろける美味しさでした。
地元で23年続いているお鮨屋さん。
コストパフォーマンスも非常に良いと思います。
敢えていうなら、
寿司だけではなく、鮨と鮨の間に
少し食べられるものがあれば良かったです。
ただ、このお値段で
非常に満足でした！
秋田に来たら、またお邪魔したいです。
