今宵の秋田の〆は、ラーメンで。前２軒で、そんなに食べてはいないので秋田市民市場近くにある金華園さんにも訪問できました
単品でも、チャーハン・ラーメンがあるのですが、やはり両方楽しめる「半チャンメン」（９５０円）をお願いします
早めの時間だったせいか、まだお客さんもそんなにいなく、そんなに待たずに提供です
濃いめの醤油ダレのスープに中華麺。トッピングは、チャーシュー、メンマ、刻みネギ。オーソドックスな一品
チャーハンは、確かに半分くらいのボリュームですが、これを、私のためだけに作ってくれたと思うと感謝。バラっとした仕上がりで、なかなか美味しい。と思ってたら、写真、撮り忘れてました〜
やはり。アルコールが入ってからは、うっかりが増えます！
