お久しぶりです、戸隠さん。
ランチは初めてでした！
戸隠さんは平日しかランチをやっていないため
なかなかチャンスがなかったですが
お休みを取った日に通りかかったので
行ってみました。
用事が11:30頃終わり、
そのままお店を訪ねましたのですが
その時点でほぼ満席！
大人気ですね〜。
カウンターも小上がりも密を避け
換気もされているかと思いますが
そもそもそんなに広々した空間ではないので
ぎゅうぎゅう感は否めないですね。
官公庁の方々、近くの企業の方々でしょうか
次々と来店しますので
追い立てられるように食べました…
お店の女性はお忙しいのにとても丁寧に
気さくに接客をしており好感が持てます。
鯛の漬け丼とのことなのでそばランチをオーダー。
程なくサーブされました。
戸隠のお蕎麦って細いやつでしたかー。
外が寒かったので温かい蕎麦にしたけど
これなら冷たい蕎麦だったなー。
茹で加減も柔らかめ。
ごつごつ感を楽しみたい方には物足りないかも。
だしや天かすは好みの味です。
漬け丼美味しい。
鯛は3切れでしたが、それでもちゃんと鯛ですので
美味しいです。
別のメニューも食べたいけれど
平日はもう無理かな〜。
