このたび初めて秋田に来て、カード会社に予約を頼み、駅からタクシーで10〜15分くらいの距離にある匠さんを、ご予約させていただきました！
このご時世ということもあり、現在の予約は、1日1組限定となっているのでかなり予約も取りづらくなっている。
前菜のカニと味噌も、絶品。
フグもとても美味しくて、食べ方も丁寧に教えてくださるので、こちらも食べやすい。
そして、他のお食事も、味付けが濃すぎないので、
素材そのままの味を楽しむことができるのがとても今回の料理の良い点である。
デザートのシャインマスカットもかなり大きくて、美味しかったです。
なにより、女将さんの心遣いがとてもうれしかったです。
食べログでももともと見ていたのでひれ酒も、だしていただきました。
