牛タンスライスを何かに漬け焼きして、箸で切れる
程の柔らかさを出したんですね。
しっとりとして牛タンとは思えない食感。
味が濃いのでライスは進む。
★ チーズクリームハンバーグセット ★
ハンバーグは200g位ありそう。
肉々しいわけでもフワフワでもない食感だが
肉汁は結構あった。
★ エビフライ・サラダ添え 950円 ★
18cmはあろうかという、大きくて太いのが３本！
これにサラダが添えられ、ドレッシングはサウザン
アイランド。
タルタルソースはオサレにソースポットで提供。
このタルタルも旨い。
★ クリームソーダ 520円 ★
量の割に…ちっと高いね。
味はいわゆる普通のクリームソーダ。
昭和レトロ感溢れる店内には70’sのフォークソングが
静かに流れ、居心地は最高に良い。
この店は正に隠れ家。人に教えたくない(笑)
