秋田市の官庁街山王エリアにある天ぷらのお店でランチにします。
店頭のメニューを確認してから中に入ると、何とまあほぼ満席です。外の人通りはそんなになかったので知っている人は知っている名店なのかと思います。
お一人さまでしたので、カウンター席に潜り込んで、天丼セット（半蕎麦・サラダ付き）＠800円をオーダーします。内容にもよるでしょうけど、この時点で東京大阪なら4桁です。
カウンター席から厨房の様子を見るとほんまに揚げたてをいただけることがわかります。揚げ置きはありません。
しかも海老とキスのツートップで、野菜と海苔が付いてきます。
で、着盆。蕎麦も半分のようですが、そんな風に見えないかな。何よりも漬物が自家製のようで嬉しいですね。
アツアツの天丼に蕎麦という炭水化物コンビですが、食べて嬉しいコンビでした。
でも、フォロー中のレビューアさんのログを後から見て、ここは「かき揚げ」と知って、強く再訪、次はかき揚げ！？を誓うのでした…(笑)
