秋田出張最終日のランチ。
繁華街から少し離れた場所に位置する天麩羅店を発見。
天麩羅は固定概念で、歯応えの良さをイメージしますが、こちらの天麩羅はとても不思議な食感。
一見、家庭の天麩羅のような衣に感じられるものの
柔らかくてしっとりした歯応えはとても不思議でした。
次回は天麩羅を楽しむため天盛りをオーダーして塩で食してみよう。
付け合わせの冷製蕎麦は手打ちで歯応えが良かったため、お代わりをしたくなるような蕎麦であったので
天麩羅盛り合わせと蕎麦をオーダーしよう。
