今冬最大の大寒波であるとテレビがアナウンスする中、今日は天ぷらが食べたい気分の小生は、吹雪が吹き荒ぶ山王界隈を以和世さんへ天丼を食べに出動して参りました。
予想通り、店内の客はまばらな状態です。カウンターの真ん中に陣取り料理を選択、上天丼ランチ750円也。
目の前で揚げるスタイルで大将の仕事を見ているうちに空腹は頂点に！！
約10分で着丼。エビ天2本・イカ天・蓮根天・海苔天・タマネギ天の5種6個に甘タレがかけてあります。
衣は「サクサク」というよりは「しっとり」に近い食感だしょうか。
価格的に見ればオーソドックスな天丼ですかね。揚げたてでおいしいとは思うのですが、何か物足りない感じがします。
ＣＰを含めて☆３．０というところでしょうか？
季節感とか、秋田らしさが感じることが出来ればよかったのですが・・・。
山菜の季節にまた伺いたいと思います。
