日曜の夜の19時前、奥の駐車場が空いていたので辛うじて入れました。店内はカウンター以外は満席で、厨房は忙しそうでした。
男鹿に行った帰り、チャーハンが食べたくなって河ドラ追分店へ行ったら閉店。食べログの案内間違ってますわ。しかし、諦めきれずにメイン料理ではないけどこちらのお店へ。
鉄板焼きがメインなのかな。ラーメンもよく出てたかな。諦めきれずにチャーハン頼み、餃子も。
厨房は走り回るほど忙しそうにしていて、先客が帰った後もひっきりなしにお客さんは来て人気店を感じさせます。
時間に余裕があったので気にしていませんでしたが、「大変お待たせしました」と持ってきてくださり、ほっこりしました。
チャーハンは割と具沢山で玉ねぎ、にんじん、ピーマンなど自分もよく作る布陣で構成されておりましたが、自分が作るより数倍も美味しかったです笑
餃子も焼きたてで肉汁が溢れ出てチャーハンとの相性ばっちり。
地元に愛されるお店という雰囲気で良かったです。
