秋田市広面にあるこちらのお店。駐車場は店舗前、横に20台近く停められるスペースがある。
店内も座席数が多く、開店もそこまで悪く無い。
入り口に入ったらいきなり注文する方式で、電子マネーなども使用可能。
今回は土曜日の10時に到着し、先客は3組。
今回頼んだのは、みそラーメン、チャーシュー丼の2つ。
・みそラーメン 770円（税込）★3.6
→安定感のあるしっかりめの味わいの味噌ラーメン。スープが少しオイリーながらも、万人受けするタイプの味わい。味がノーマルでもかなり濃いめに感じたが、他のお客様はさらに濃いめで注文される方もいらっしゃった。
・チャーシュー丼 250円（税込）★3.8
→細かく刻まれたチャーシューは、味がしっかりとついていて、甘味のある醤油ベースの味付けが非常にクセになる。ご飯がすすむチャーシュー丼だったが、ご飯が少しべちょっとしてた点が少し残念。
秋田県民なら馴染み深い“味とのれんを大切にするお店吾作”。
このフレーズを小さい時から何回聞いたか分からないが、いわゆる昔ながらの美味しいラーメンに仕上がっている。
お値段も今時のラーメン屋さんにしてはリーズナブルな方のため、ぜひまた行かせていただきたい。
