22時に予約せずに入店。カウンターに無事座れました。未だ30代前半の2代目が柔かに対応してくれます。舞の海に激似。
ドライマティーニをロックでお願いして、先代の話やこのお店を引き継いだ経緯などをお聞きする。マティーニ、量が多い。確認すると、普通の1.5倍の量で作るのがこのお店流とのこと。これは酔いが回る。
グレンモーレンジをロックでもらい、しめは全国で4人しかしていないという噂のローリングシェイクでスティンガーを作ってもらう。彼と先代と兄弟子と兄弟子の弟子の4人しかしていない、ローリングシェイクはステアのような味わいのスティンガーができるらしい。確かに美味しい気がする。良いお店だ…
