張り切って秋田川反へ。秋田は日本酒のイメージがありますが、評価の高いバーもあります。今回は、百名店にも選ばれたル・ヴェールさんへ
何かの手違いで訪問できないことは避けたく、ほぼオープンして、すぐくらいに到着。BARで18時オープンは早めです。当然、一番目のお客さんでした
二代目のマスターは若いですが、柔らかく、でも適格な接客をなされています。仙台の話や、百名店の知らせがあった時の話、私の２軒目の相談などなど
以降は、アルコール入りとなるので、サラッとしたコメントになります
１杯目は、有名なマンハッタン。物静かな動作で仕上げられます。少し大きめのグラスに、表面張力ギリギリに注がれます
カクテルを飲むのは久しぶりかも。キリッとした飲み口で美味しくいただきました
２杯目は、ウイスキーを。好みの銘柄などをお伝えして、ボトラーズもので。ザ シングルモルツ オブ スコットランドの「カリラ シェリーバット２０１１ １０年もの」です。うーん、美味しいですね。華やかさはシェリー樽由来なのでしょうか。カリラらしさもあって、なかなかの美味
結局、マスターを独り占めした小一時間。楽しいひとときでした
