2013年三が日買い物帰りちょっと遅い昼食に蕎麦をと思い検索したら秋田市で５位との高評価なので寄ってみました。
ショッピングモールにある割には結構空いてます。店内は分煙禁煙の小上がりを選択。
水車そば、地鶏そば、たこ焼きを注文。子供用取り分け小鉢はお願いするとだしてくれました。
お土産蕎麦もあるらしく毎朝職人さんが準備している本格的な味とのこと。
水車そば、ソバは機械切りですね、香りは控えめ、つゆはみりんの煮きりが足りないのか甘味が目立ちます。
薬味、辛さも香りも飛んだ粉ワサビ、水っぽいモミジおろし、あまり蕎麦には拘ってないのでしょうかね。
天ぷら、ピーマンと蟹は焦げ、海老は火の通りが甘く重く油っぽい。
地鶏そば、酸味が目立ちます。
たこ焼き、外はカリ中身ねっとりでした。
秋田市内の本格的なお蕎麦屋さんと同等のお値段ですが満足度は低め。五位だけど空いているのには訳がありました。
もしかしたら、うなぎは美味しいかもしれない。
