落ちた…。
こちらは私、焼き鳥食べたい人に超オススメして
いたし、自身も大好きなお店です。だからこそ、
帰郷してきた人達を連れて行ったのに。
でも…。
この日の訪問では、焼き鳥の焼き加減と味が
あまりにも残念でした(T_T)
焼き手が代わった？前回訪問時とあまりにも
違いすぎました…。
かなり好みだったホルモン味噌煮込みも、臭みが
鼻について…。臭みなんて全くなかったのに。
しかも全体的に値段も高くなりましたね。
質が向上しているのなら納得もできるんですが。
味的にはひどい訳ではなく、まだ及第点をつける
事はできますが、1年前と比べると明らかに↓。
だって当時の私、感激して★５付けるところだっ
たもん。
ごちそうさまでした。
人へのおすすめ、自身の訪問は暫く遠慮させて
もらいます。それだけがっかりしました。

今日のお酒はσ(^_^)には珍しく、日本酒が主体。
「祝杯」だったってのもある(ﾉ∀`)
新政エクリュ、一白水成 純米吟醸 青ラベルを数杯。
日本酒を語るには初心者過ぎるσ(^_^)ですが、
この香りとキレは素晴らしいって事はわかりました。
でも、たまにでいいね(笑)
普段からこんなのぐいぐい飲んでたら、破産してしまい
ます。ハイボールが似合うσ(^_^)。
アテには旨い焼き鳥と、脂を流す為のしらすおろし。
この組み合わせは無限ループしそう！
ポテサラも明太チーズだし巻き玉子も旨かった～(*^^*)
