私は秋田でしか火鍋を食べたことがないので評価は私好みで、、、
しゃぶしゃぶ専門店ですが火鍋もあります。単品はなく、セットですがお値段が一人前3500円と、しゃぶせんサンにしてはリーズナブル！豚肉、牛肉。お野菜、デザート、が付いてきます。ツケダレはごま油と、ゴマだれ。
ごま油には好みでニンニクを入れたりしていただきます。
火鍋のスープはあっさりめ。赤い方はかなりスパイシーで油断するとムセます┐(´д｀) スープのベースは赤白一緒なのかな？？もう少しコクが欲しいなぁ、、、、と思っていましたがお肉やお野菜を入れて食べすすめていくとちょうどよいお味に。牛肉はごま油でいただくと美味。
最後に別頼みでラーメン。スープに塩胡椒を自分でしていただきました。
夏の暑い日に熱くて辛い鍋。とっても美味しかったです！
