お祝い事で頼みました。確かにお値段は張りますが、それだけの価値は十分にあります。鶏ハム？は多すぎるくらいですし(笑)、秋田牛のサーロインステーキは満足感が半端ないです！他の具材にもハズレがありません。ルセットの底力を垣間見た思いです ﾟ ﾟ ( Д )

職場の忘年会&祝賀会で利用しました。最初の皿、秋田牛の｢ハチノス｣の煮込みが秀逸、くるみチーズも旨い。甘海老のフラン(洋風茶碗蒸し)も見事。メインの魚は｢ホウボウ｣、少し火が入り過ぎたか固め、ホッキ貝と薩摩芋は◎。メインの肉は秋田牛、適度に脂が落とされて柔らかく味わい深い。デザートのカタラーナも良かったです。皆さん是非(^o^)/
