秋田出張の翌日、ゆっくりランチを食べてから帰ろうとこちらのお店を選びました。初来店です。プチコースランチ(税込3300円)で予約してます。そうするとフルコースランチがありそうですが、ありません。メインの肉が秋田牛サーロインにグレードアップするコースはありますが、品数はプチコースが同率一位です。
お店に着くと、扉には「本日はご予約のお客さまのみのご案内とさせていただいております」と書かれていました。予約は必須のようですね。

海老とキノコのテリーヌ、男鹿産の鯛のカルパッチョ
テリーヌは滑らかな舌触りで優しい味わい。そこにしっかりとしたマスタード風味のソースが合います。
カルパッチョも鯛がもちっとしていて旨みがあって美味しいので、付け合わせの野菜に負けません。

とても滑らかなニンジンスープはよっぽどしっかり裏漉しをしてるのでしょう。繊維感が全くありません。ニンジンの風味が爽やかで、甘さも感じます。

魚介のコロッケのようなパネソテーは絶妙な酸味のあるソースが一段と引き立ててくれます。美味しい。

●若鶏のロースト・塩レモン風味
シンプルな味付けの若鶏はとても柔らかくローストされていて、肉の旨味をダイレクトに味わえます。
○フォンテルートリパディオラ (トスカーナ) サンジョベーゼ・メルロー 850円

チョコレートムースケーキとアイス
フワフワのチョコレートムースはほろ苦い甘さがちょうどいい。大人デザートですね。
○コーヒー
このコース料理が3300円なのはかなりお得だと思います。ワインの値段も安めに感じます。とてもコスパの良いお店です。
雰囲気もよく、サービスも良いので悪いところはありません。
