私が知らない間に秋田には朝ラー文化というものができていました。
せっかく帰省したから、おいしい朝ラーが食べたいと思ったのですが、お盆中で個人のお店は休み中。
なんとか見つけたのが全国チェーンの山岡家でした。
こちらでも朝ラーがあります。
具は少なく、自分で好みの具を選んでトッピング。
麺の量も選べ、その時の気分でラーメンが食べられます。
麺のかたさやあぶらの量、味の濃さも選べたようですが、わからないのですべて普通でオーダー。
麺は細目。
海苔の上の赤いのは梅でした。
サッパリしておいしい。
TKGもオーダー。
朝ラーとTKGでお腹いっぱい。
個人のお店のラーメンも食べてみたかったな～。
