ラゥメン大地に行った帰り、隣にケーキ屋を発見。
JALに乗って来てたので、機内の冊子で見かけたケーキではないか。
これはもはや、立ち寄らざるを得ない。
▼御献上チーズケーキ
小ぶりな見た目ながら濃厚なチーズ感。
底にはグリオットチェリー。濃厚なチーズ感が過ぎると飽きてしまいます。そこに酸味をアクセントに入れると飽きないですよね。
上品な味わいでした。
▼花立ジャージーと大館ラズベリーのチーズケーキ
いわばこの店では、亜流のチーズケーキ。
ラズベリー感が凝縮された酸味。王道感はないですが、こちらも美味です。
小さいやつを10個くらい買って、差し入れに喜ばれそうな一品ですね。
