数年ぶりに訪問。
まず驚いたのが、メニューがタブレットになってること。
以前はパートのおばちゃんがいたのに、今日は若いお姉さんでした。
タブレットとかQRコードのメニュー本当に嫌いです。
時代の流れだから仕方ないとも思ってますが…。
せめて席に数台のタブレットがあればいいんですけどね。
肝心の肉たちは…。
あいかわらず、ホルモンも肉も新鮮で美味しく食べれます。
馬のレバ刺しも食べれます。
コラーゲンセットの中に鶏皮があり、これがそうとう旨く、酒のつまみに最高です。
全体的にちょっとだけしょっぱいですが、秋田ということで納得しましょう。
