寿司百名店制覇における最高難関とも言われるこのお店。秋田という立地に加えて地元でも数少ない常連しか予約できないのでそれもそのはず。取れても次の予約は1年3ヶ月先とからしい。気前の良い大将が次から次へとエンドレスにネタを出してくれる。まさに食べた後お腹空いたとは絶対言わせない勢い。最初はにぎりでお腹を少し満たさせて、そこから怒涛のつまみラッシュ。どれも新鮮で美味しいネタばかり。すじこは塩分高いのでいくらの方が好みだけどこれこそが秋田の味ということで。とんぶりの軍艦、自分で作るネギトロ軍艦、しゃけ定食最高でした。とんぶりって醤油がよく合うんですね！新たな発見でした。ごちそうさまでした。死ぬほど食べて5000円ポッキリという驚愕のコスパ。安いにも程があるでしょ！これは本当に原価割れというか完全に商売になっていない趣味の領域 笑笑
