Since it is a branch, there must be a main store, but there are no other stores, including the multiple chains. There are only seven seats at the counter, and even regulars have to wait about a year for reservations. It is not a restaurant that you can easily find on your first visit. There are so many charms to talk about, such as the personality of the chef and the proprietress, and the original menu, but the most surprising thing is the price. I would like to announce it after you have seen the lineup of courses. You will definitely be surprised. lol The ingredients are probably good, but many of them are boldly cut, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor. There are also menus that use Akita's specialties such as Junsai, Tonburi, and Iburi-gakko, and you can enjoy an output that is completely different from Edomae. Though it is a long-established restaurant, it is also full of modern entertainment, and when ordering dishes such as salmon roe and nigiri, they start surveying customers. When they ask if they have gout, they are presented with just a single piece of salmon roe roe. The counter is filled with laughter. Normally, they use salmon roe in such a luxurious way. Lol The specialty is called bakudan, which is peeled tuna and quail eggs mixed with green onions and sesame seeds. Empty gunkan are served in the same style as wankosoba noodles, and the gunkan is made by hand. I could eat this forever. Lol The lineup looks like this.
