Reservations are not accepted and only a few local regulars can make reservations, so it is an extremely difficult restaurant to make reservations at. Today, I was invited to reserved party by a regular customer and was able to visit again. Thank you very much. The restaurant is only open for dinner and only one turnaround for one group per day. It is less than 15 minutes by car from Akita Station. There are seven counter seats inside the restaurant. The menu consists of only one selection course, which starts at the same time. Drinks can only be brought in and payments are only accepted in cash. The ingredients are mainly from Akita Prefecture. There were some original nigiri that you can't get anywhere else and they were delicious until the end. I was surprised that such a large amount of content was offered at this price range. It is no wonder that it is so popular because the satisfaction level is overwhelmingly high. The chef and his wife provide very warm service, so not only my stomach but also my heart was filled. I think this is a famous Sushi restaurant that is famous not only in Akita Prefecture but also throughout the country. Thank you very much. こちらは秋田県の秋田市にある老舗のお寿司やさんになります。
予約は新規予約不可になり地元の一部の常連さんしか予約が取れないので、超絶予約困難店になります。
本日は秋田の有名な美食家である「hiro0827」さんの貸切会にお誘いしていただき、訪問することができました。
夢を叶えていただき本当にありがとうございました。
営業はディナーのみになり1日1組の1回転のみになります。
アクセスは秋田駅から車で15分かからないほどになります。
店内はカウンター7席になります。
料理内容はおまかせコース1本のみになり一斉スタートになります。
ドリンクは持込のみになり、お会計は現金のみになります。
食材は秋田県産のものを中心に使用しています。
他ではいただけない独創性溢れるにぎりもあり最後まで美味しくいただけました。
これほどの内容をこの価格帯で提供されているのに驚きました。
満足度が圧倒的に高いので大人気なのも頷けます。
大将と奥様がとても温かい接客をして下さるので、お腹だけでなく心も満たされました。
秋田県はもちろん全国に名を馳せる寿司の名店だと思います。
