一杯呑んだ後、ホテルに帰着。
しかしなんだかお腹に隙間があり、物足りない気分。
そこで冬の雨の中、もう一度ホテルを出てラーメンを食べる
事にしました。
しかし地面が解けた雪と雨で歩くのが大変なので、ホテルに
一番近い場所にある このお店に寄りました。
20時過ぎに到着すると、先客無し。
カウンターに着席し、まずビールと餃子を注文してラーメンを
選ぶことにしました。
暫し考えて決めたのは、とろ旨広東麺 850円。
冬なので、あんかけが食べたかったのですよ。
程なくして、瓶ビールが到着。
ゆっくりビールを頂いていると、餃子が出てきました。
この餃子、餡に水分が少ないタイプです。
茹でた野菜の水分を力を込めて取り除いたのでしょうか。
私はウエットな餡が好きですから、チト残念でした。
餡には酢をたっぷり含ませて頂きました。
とろ旨広東麺は、あんかけで熱々の仕上がり。
火傷しない様に頂きました。
自分好みの味にすべく、酢を大量投入。
胡椒、辣油も入れて、なんとなく酸辣湯麺的味わいになりました。
〆で頂きましたラーメンと餃子で超満腹に。
これで、思い残すことなく眠ることが出来るというものであります。
