秋田駅近くの市民市場内にある、人気ラーメン屋さん。
朝11時オープンということで、ブランチ気分で伺いました。土曜朝11時半来店時、ほぼ満席。次々にお客さんはいらっしゃり、10分後には何人か外で待っていました。
醤油、味噌どちらか迷いましたが
醤油ラーメン並 800円＋ネギ100円
をチョイス。
具はのり、チャーシュー2枚、麩、なると。
以前はメンマがあったようですが、今は材料費高騰によりデフォルトからは消えたようです。
非常にあっさりしたスープの味。
個人的には、コクのようなものはあまり感じなかったのでちょっと物足りなかったですが、寒い秋田の冬、温かいスープが体を温めてくれてありがたかったです。
