こちらも物産展での利用です。
僕はいろいろ外食するのが好きなんですが、意外と親子丼の店ってのが少ないもんで、ちゃんとしたところで親子丼を食べたことがないんですよね。。
それこそ学生向け定食屋とか、な◯卵とかの親子丼しか食べたことなくて、そういうところで食べたものの中で自分で作ったヤツのより美味いのが今までなかったんですよね。
そういった自惚れをぶち壊すために、今回この物産展にやってきた、というのが大きな理由だったりします。
さあ初っ端から話が大逸れでしたが・・・
「日本三大美味鶏」である秋田比内地鶏。これで作られた親子丼はさぞ絶品でしょう。と非常に僕はワクワクしていました。
2時半頃に行ったのでさすがに人が少なかったです。ラッキーです。
さて、少々値段は張りますが親子丼御膳を注文。ワクワク((o(´∀｀)o))
着丼。いざ実食。
見た目がもう鶏尽くしですね。普通に割り下で煮こまれた細切れの鶏肉と、厚切りの炙られた鶏肉。そして真ん中に卵黄。
見た目は最高に良いです。
味はというと、良い鶏肉って身が締まってるんだなーと感じました。柔らかいというよりは歯ごたえがしっかりしていて、噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てくるといったような感じ。割り下は少し薄め。鶏肉の味で勝負といったところでしょうか。
しっかり割り下はごはん全てに絡むように丼の底は平ら目、卵は半熟をキープ、などと親子丼としての基本的なところはちゃんとしていてさすが。
卵もどうやら比内地鶏らしく、それだけじゃなく割り下の元のスープまですべてが比内地鶏らしいです。いやはや、高級。。。。
自作よりも美味しい親子丼ははじめてです。ですがなかなか値段が高いのでこういったちゃんとした親子丼はなかなか食べれませんね。しかし、またどこかの高級親子丼食べてみたいです。
こちらのお店はきりたんぽ鍋も人気らしいので、また物産展などであるのでしたら行きたいです。
