久々に秋田訪問の際、友人と来店。
秋田駅西口、結構お店が変わってましたねー！こちらのお店は「なかいち」という中通りにできた複合商業施設の中にありました^ ^
お店の雰囲気はすごく上品な感じ。因みに今の季節だと、近くでイルミネーションもやっていてキレイです✨
来店直後、今日は串がほぼ終わってますと言われました。元々希少な鶏らしく、人気完売だった模様。
やはり秋田に来たらきりたんぽを食べねば！という事できりたんぽ鍋一人前！その他にも秋田県産きのこのサラダ、鶏さしわさ、残っていたつくねと手羽串、バーニャカウダなどを注文✨
どれも上品なお味で美味しかったです(*´ω｀*)
鶏さしわさ、臭みもなく本当に淡白な魚のお刺身のような味わいでした。友人は鶏刺しを食べるのが初めてだったようで、美味しい！と言って感動していました^ ^
他の鶏肉もさすが比内地鶏、すっきりした味と良い歯応えで美味しかった〜(*´ω｀*)
そして何と言ってもきりたんぽ！ここのきりたんぽはひとかたまりが大きいですね^ ^
やはりお米自体の旨味がすごいのと、食感もモチモチとザクザクの間のちょうど良い感じで美味しかったです♡芹は細め、お出汁が染みていて美味！
秋田を久々に堪能できて良かったです^ ^✨そしてソフトドリンク安め（笑）
ＣＰは観光客用値段といった感じでしたが満足感はあると思いますし、店内の雰囲気も良かったです。
料理の提供までの時間は長めなので、ゆったり過ごしたい方にはちょうど良いかもです。
