出張仕事終わりで「さぁ、秋田らしいものを食べましょう」と言う事で行ったこちら。
比内地鶏の生産責任者の店と謳っているからにはさぞかし美味しいのだろうと期待。
比内地鶏は鍋は良いけど焼き鳥は難しいと聞いていたが、こちらは一串400円台後半もする焼き鳥が数種類オンメニュー、楽しみだ！
しかし
火入れは、、、バイトくんがやってるのかな？まだ不慣れなのかな？
水分が飛ぶ事＝火入れ、ではないと思うのですがなかなかパサパサ系。
親子丼が人気なようで頼んだらこれはまぁ合格。
ただちょっと甘いかなぁ。女子ウケは良いでしょう。
焼酎のソーダ割りも全く炭酸が飛んでいてほぼ水割り、これは困るよね。
一度しか来ない観光客向けにはこれでも良いんでしょうかね
もったいないことをした、色々。
はい、残念。
親子丼だけ食べに行くのが正解です。
