今日も目指したお店は臨時休業！
どうも！定休日ハンターの上位クラス『臨時休業日ハンター』にジョブチェンジした僕です！
という訳で、お昼時に2軒に蹴られた…。
幸いな事に早めに動いたので、
以前からチェックしていたこちら
『本家あべや秋田店』さん
に訪問。
さあ、はい…ろ… ん！んんん〜！

秋田市ナンバーワンに扉が重い！
ふぅ…（笑）
無事入店すると店員さんに誘導され着席。
お茶、水はセルフ。
お茶を飲みながらメニューを拝見。
シ、シンプル！
『極上親子丼』1800円
『究極の親子丼』1300円
大盛りは＋300円
後は
『きりたんぽ鍋』2640円
『秋田まんぷくセット』3390円
他に日本酒という構成。
今回は初見なので、無難に
『究極の親子丼』
注文。
呼び鈴で呼び出し口頭注文。
（LINEで注文可。設定必要）
セルフ後払い方式。現金、各種決済可。
約5分程で着丼！
やはりメニューがシンプルなだけあって早い！
まずは見た目。
今回は極上ではなく『究極の親子丼』にしたんですが、
メニューを見ると
究極の親子丼の上にタレに絡めた炙りもも肉と卵黄を乗せたのが極上親子丼らしいです。
細かめの鶏肉を比内地鶏のたまごで綴じた親子丼。
ボリュームはなかなか。
ミツバが添えられてます。
スープと豆腐、いぶりがっこ付き。
さて、肝心の味は
フワトロの卵とじに細かめのコロコロした鶏肉。
卵とじはタマゴのコク、旨味、タレ、バランスよく美味しい。
鶏肉はタンパクでモコモコした食感。
ご飯は適量で卵とじのタレが絡んで甘じょっぱく美味しい。
タマゴのクドさを和らげるあっさりした美味しいスープ。
豆腐もあっさり、タンパクで醤油とあう。
総評として
まず『究極の親子丼』
そつなく完成されているので、味、濃さなどは文句なし。
ボリュームも適量で大盛りは必要なしだった。
この寒い時期にスープは温かく救われたが、
できればアツアツにして欲しかった。
ややぬるめな感じ。
豆腐は醤油にあう食感のいい出来！
さて、後はどう感じるか、好みの問題でもありますが、
①鶏肉が細かく刻みすぎて、せっかくの鶏肉の美味さを感じ無かった。
②さらに全体として無難に美味しいとは思うが、以前とあるチェーン店で食べた親子丼の価格が３倍近いが、３倍分の感動が無かった。
うーん、もしかしたら『極上親子丼』なら？と思うが価格が４倍…。
※個人的な好みの部分もあるのでお試しあれ
