早朝に能代から秋田へ戻る。
予定では6時前の電車で秋田駅を出発する筈だったが
ホテルに帰ったのが7時半だった。
次の電車が10時近くだから朝食でもゆっくり食べるとするか・・・
このホテルで寝る事は無かったが、せめて朝食だけでも戴いていこう。
最上階のレストランへ。
バイキングスタイルの朝食はきりたんぽ鍋や稲庭うどん、
ハタハタ佃煮、そしてご飯はあきたこまちと秋田色を出している。
痛飲した翌朝は無性に汁物が欲しくなる私。
きりたんぽ鍋をきりたんぽ無しのつゆだけで戴く。
甘めの醤油つゆが身体の隅々まで沁みわたる。
ふ～～～～～っ、これ、これ。
さて今日は今回の旅のメインがあるのでしっかり食べて出発しよう。
今回の秋田も2年前の時と同様にハプニングがあったがそれも旅の醍醐味だ。
秋田ではまだまだ行きたい酒場があるのだが中々辿り着けない。
次回は三度目の正直となるのか？
それとも二度あることは三度ある？
